DC99® - Surcoatec DLC layers

These layers have a high hardness (>2,500 HV) and low friction (µ<0.1), and are wear-resistant, protective against corrosion, safe for use with foodstuffs, chemically inert, biocompatible and thermally stable up to above 500° C.
